What is the price range of your products?
That is a very difficult question since each project is unique in terms of design, materials, finishes, size and the many options we are able to offer. We do promise you that Carter's Cabinetry pricing is extremely competitive within the industry and within the area and we think that you will be pleasantly surprised at the affordability of our quality cabinets. Remember, cabinets are an investment to your home, not an expense, and beautiful, quality-crafted cabinetry will raise the value of your home tremendously.
What about materials?
We use superior materials – the finest woods, along with the best hardware – that will perform better and last longer. And the best thing is that you get to choose! Our Thermofoil line also offers many options. You will get everything as promised, no hidden anything.
What is the average lead time?
Again, a difficult question to answer due to the vast differences between projects. While we never sacrifice quality we are known for keeping projects on time and on budget.
What about warranty?
Carter's Cabinetry Warranty:
What is covered: At Carter's Cabinetry, we take pride in our quality and craftsmanship and we stand behind the products that we manufacture. Every Carter's custom cabinet carries a lifetime-limited warranty for the original owner on construction, hinges, and drawer rails. During the first 12 months after installation of your cabinetry, we will repair or replace any defective materials free of charge. After the first year, we will repair or replace any defective materials at our standard hourly service rate with a 1-hour minimum, billed in 1/4 hour increments after the first hour.

Some of our components are manufactured for us and we are proud to pass the manufacturer's warranty on to you:
Kemper Products - Lifetime
Aristokraft Products - 5 years
Thermofoil Doors - 5 years
Wood Doors - 1 year
Silestone - 10 years
Corian Laminate - 10 years
Tops Cultured - 1 year
Marble - 1 year
Granite (Workmanship) - 1 year

What is not covered: This warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal wear and tear, and does not cover perceived defects due to the natural characteristics of wood, which may cause some variation in the finish, or appearance of the product. Also not covered is repair or replacement due to negligence, accidental damage, water damage, or failure to follow maintenance procedures and instructions.
How do I care for my Cabinets?

What if I have a problem, concern or a question during the project?
One of our strengths is communication with our clients and we will be happy to answer your questions and address any concerns.
After my project is complete, if I have a question, or a problem will Carter's Cabinetry be available to me?
Absolutely!
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No, you do not need an appointment to visit our showroom. However, an appointment is preferred. We would like to be sure that the room is not already booked for another customer and that you have a one-on-one experience with our staff, should you have any questions.

Do you hire sub-contractors?
No, we hve have skilled design, fabrication and installation personnel on staff.
What about countertops?
When that question gets asked, most people are referring to the countertop that goes into the kitchen proper, and the answer is yes -- we offer a variety of countertops.
Do you offer design assistance?
Our Professional design staff is very flexible in working with you to create the design that you desire.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we do. Visa and Master Card.
What if I need to change something?
Many changes, if they are minor, we will simply do for you. Anything else can be discussed and negotiated.
Why should I pick your cabinet company to do my cabinets?
Any answer that we give to this question is just going to sound like a sales pitch and that is not who we are. Look around our site, view our work, talk to our customers, come by our shop and meet us. If you like our work and are comfortable with our company then you will not be dissappointed in our results.
